Dessata Australia can ship virtually to any address in the world. When you place your order, rest assured we will try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Dessata Australia has provided important information for you to insure the checkout process is a simple one.

Delivery within Australia

Dessata Australia highly recommends that during checkout you provide a shipping address that ensures someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel in person. If using a home address please ensure to leave us extra delivery instructions. For example: Please leave in a secure location if no one is home. If using a business address for your delivery please be sure to include the business name.
When entering your shipping address please do this carefully. A delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your parcel. Dessata Australia will not be liable for any failure or delay to deliver a parcel due to incorrect address information.
If you have placed an order during peak delivery season (Easter, Christmas etc), please keep in mind that delivery may be delayed due to high traffic of deliveries.If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days, please contacts us via email (info@dessata.com.au) with your name and order number so that we can help track and locate your parcel.
Dessata Australia have provided these delivery times as a guide only. Whilst we make every effort to deliver your parcel as soon as possible, we will not be liable for any failure or delay to deliver the parcel within the estimated times as advised by Australia Post or our courier network.
Dessata Australia uses Australia Post and a range of Courier services to deliver your parcels. Please allow anywhere from 5-7 business days after payment collection for your parcel to be received. You will receive a confirmation email from Dessata Australia to let you know that your parcel has been sent and tracking details of your parcel.

Australia Post
Australia Post advise delivery will take place between 2-5 business days after Dessata Australia has advised that your parcel has been shipped. If you have selected Express Post Shipping, your parcel should be received on the next business day after Dessata Australia has emailed you shipping confirmation. Please note that Express Post is not available to all locations, ensure you have confirmed shipping availability with Australia Post.

Courier
Dessata Australia use a range of Courier Systems to deliver your parcel based on your location. On attempt of delivery Courier Services are instructed to leave your parcel in a secure location if no one is home to accept the parcel. Please allow the following turn around times for courier delivery.

VIC Metro = 1-2 business days                   VIC Country = 2-5 business days
NSW = 1-3 business days                          NSW Country =2-5 business days

QLD = 3-5 business days                           QLD Country =3-7 business days

TAS = 2-6 business days                            NT
= 4-7 business days
WA = 4-7 business days

Delivery to International Destinations

For all International Orders we use and recommend Australia Post. During Checkout, you will be provided with the following International Shipping Method:

Pack and Track International
This is a low cost tracked service to a select group of 11 countries worldwide with an estimated turn around time of 3-10 business days
to metropolitan areas of major cities.Online tracking is available to select countries.

Dessata Australia recommend Pack and Track International for sending parcels overseas. Please contact us via email at info@dessata.com.au to confirm your country is one of 11 which accepts Pack and Track International prior to placing your order.

International Custom Fees & Restrictions

Please be aware that some countries have custom fees and restrictions when purchasing goods from overseas countries. Before placing any orders please contact your local government body to find out further information as extra fees and charges may apply. Dessata Australia are not liable for these extra charges and these are to be paid by the customer. 

Order Cancellation

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an order before the item has been dispatched, please send an email to info@dessata.com.au and we will try to action this as soon as possible. Please note that due to time differences or delays, emails may not be read immediately and your item/order may have already been processed for shipping. If we have already dispatched/shipped your order, our Returns and Exchanges Policy (set out below) applies.

RETURNS

If for some reason you are not 100% happy, we provide a
30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee, whereby you can return the product to us for an exchange or a refund. We ask that you contact us before sending back your product and we will issue a product approval return code to include with your return.
Please be aware that ALL refunds are on products only and do not include the original cost of delivery to you (if applicable). Returning the product to Dessata Australia will be at your own cost except for when products are returned due to a fault or damage which has been accepted by Dessata Australia.
Returns will only be accepted if a valid proof of purchase is provided. A valid proof of purchase includes the original receipt from the Dessata Australia online shop. A Bank statement or eftpos receipt is not a form of proof of purchase. The proof of purchase must state where the product was purchased, date and payment method.

Return Procedure

Once you have contacted Dessata Australia with your intent and reason for requesting a return/refund Dessata Australia will asses your claim and if approved send you a return approval code.
Send back the product with your return code to Dessata Australia. You are responsible for all shipping costs to Dessata Australia except for when a product is being returned due to a fault or damage which has been accepted by Dessata Australia. Proof of posting and payment of posting must be supplied. Valid proof of purchase must also be supplied to Dessata Australia.
Dessata Australia will asses your return and get back to you with any further questions.
Dessata Australia will then send back the replacement item back to you. If you have requested a refund, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Method of Refund

We normally provide a refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your order. Please allow up to 28 business days (from the day you return the product to us) for your refund to be processed.

Exceptions

Please note that gift cards and products marked "Sale" (or similar), "Sample" or "Seconds", are unable to be returned to us for an exchange or refund.
